Bright refers to the inherent luster or shininess of the yarn used in the fabric. When it comes to synthetic yarn, the luster is engineered into the yarn itself such that it cannot be controlled or changed by the knitting or dyeing and finishing process. It can appear differently depending on the color of the final product or the application of topical print inks.
